Our mediums are here to open the way of communication between you and the departed
We will make 3 attempts for contact over 28 days or sooner depending on medium availability.
A recording of the session with our medium will be sent back to the email provided.
If our mediums are not able to make contact to the departed, a refund of the cost minus $50 for the total time of all three attempts by our mediums. If contact is made with the departed and you are provided a message, your purchase is not refundable. There may be other departed spirits that want to share with you and there is an option to allow these messages as well.
If you ordered <60 minute communication and it ends before 30 minutes, our policy of integrity is to refund you the difference in the price.
